Reading and LIVING in the Gospel

𝗛𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀,

𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. - 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝟭:𝟭𝟳

Reading my Bible this morning and I can’t help but notice the bent pages, crushed tabs, penciled notes in the margins, and post-it notes marking important pages or reminders to read specific pages. 

In appearance, my Bible is becoming worn and well-used but is useless if the words are not applied and implemented daily. 

My Bible reminds me that to be a good Christian it’s more than just reading the Holy Gospel, it’s about living in the Holy Gospel and God’s truth.
